Polar Park is home to the Worcester Red Sox, Triple-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, but it is so much more than a ballpark. The ballpark is designed to look, feel, smell, and taste like Worcester. The name Polar Park is named after one of the most well-known companies in Worcester. The city also has a long history with the sport of baseball, notably the accomplishments of Hall of Famers Ted Williams and Lee Richmond. During the game take a walk on the “The WooSox Loop,” a 0.4-mile route that allows fans to go completely around the park. Fans can leave their seats, wander around the ballpark, and complete the circle. You will also get the chance to enjoy a magical fireworks display, which is put on every Friday night, following the game. Tickets located in Section 12, Rows 15-19.
